The house is a lovely Ranch style home with a private loft. It is in an excellent location on a private way within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The house comfortably sleeps six with 2 bedrooms, a private loft and one full bathroom. The eat-in kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and just about anything else you may need. The bright comfortable family room has cable TV with, DVD, VCR and high speed internet access. We also have board games, cards and a DVD/video movie collection for when your family would like to relax out of the sun. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer and outdoor clothes line. The large private deck has a Weber gas grill, an umbrella table with chairs and an outdoor shower, a great place to relax after a day at the beach.

The house is located just under 1 mile from the Edgartown harbor dock, 1.5 miles from Edgartown State Beach and 3 miles from South Beach. It is an easy walk to the town shops and restaurants. Leave you car in the driveway and bike to the beach on the Bike Paths.
